The noise is distracting but this sure is a beautiful photo. The colors are so relaxing. Try a program called Neat Image to reduce the noise. You can also use the blur tool in PS.

You have very beautiful photo here, the only crit is about noise and blurry boat and man silhouette... pretty capture try to fix it and it will be perfect

The noise is little but in some parts maybe be better to clean it with selective noise reductions in PS CS2.....and the picture is Wonderful!!!!....Lovely composition....the boat is a great touch and is placed in the right place....very well done!
